1. Agreement to terms
By accessing the ACE Exterior Group website or engaging our exterior cleaning services across Melbourne's south-east, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Quotations and pricing
Every job is quoted on site. Pricing is determined upon visual inspection of surface conditions, materials, and water point access.
3. Site access and water
The property owner or authorised agent provides clear access to all work areas and a working outdoor water connection.
Concrete and driveway cleaning
Grime doesn't belong on your concrete. We clean driveways, paths, pavers and bluestone back to how they should look.
House soft washing
Low pressure on most areas, with a cleaning solution strength matched to each surface. Render, brick, weatherboard and cladding.
Roof cleaning
All roof types (tile, terracotta, concrete, Colorbond, slate). Removes moss, lichen and mould.
Gutter cleaning
Cleared by hand first, then blown out, then rinsed at medium pressure, then downpipes flushed.
Window cleaning
By hand with a squeegee. Glass, frames, flyscreens, sills and glass balustrades.
Commercial exterior cleaning
Factories, schools, aged care facilities, childcare centres and kindergartens.
